The LE Story
The pursuit of knowledge is more than individual effort—it is the unified motivations of an integrated support system. We like to call it “Connectivity”—a process in which we all actively engage in the educational development of our kids, our future. At Learning Earnings, we cultivate this connectivity with the added benefit of sponsor relationships. With a passion for community involvement and a belief in the education system, local, regional, and national corporate sponsors provide the goods and services for the extra motivation that is sometimes necessary for students to open their minds and reach a level of intellectual curiosity.

Positive Reinforcement
From gold stars to a pat on the back, we are all familiar with traditional school rewards in some form or another. It is this positive reinforcement that encourages and motivates our students in a supportive atmosphere, creating a sense of “earned value” for educational performance. The trick, however, is to figure out what individually motivates each student. Enter Learning Earnings. Through our relationships with sponsors, we have created an interactive network where students can pick their own incentives—from extra computer time and school supplies to iPods and televisions. When students pick the rewards—the benefits are endless.

Rewards cost money. Or so we all thought. With Learning Earnings, the math is simple.

Learning Earnings provides the tools, the web‐based network, and the rewards at no cost to educators or educational institutions. Sponsors join us as rewards partners. We post the rewards online for students to redeem. Students earn points in the classroom by meeting performance objectives set forth by their own teacher, and then use these points to earn rewards at LearningEarnings.com.
